PROGRAM DETAILS
The Teens on Purpose PLAID Program is a 6-month personalized leadership and individual development program for 8th & 9th grade girls. The program focuses on the whole person and helps participants pursue individual areas of personal growth. ​​​
Teens on Purpose believes in the leadership of self and that we all have the ability to make a positive impact. The program begins with an assessment of strengths, values, influences and interests and then builds on this knowledge by setting and working toward related, passion-driven goals. The group meets twelve (12) times for two (2) hours and includes two (2), private, one (1) hour coaching sessions.
The ideal candidate for PLAID is motivated, committed, open-minded and interested in developing their self-confidence.

​PROGRAM COMMITMENT
Over the course of 6-months, participants must attend ten (10) of the twelve (12) bi-weekly, two (2) hour workshops as well as two (2) private coaching sessions in order to successfully complete the program. Workshops takes place every two weeks, alternating between virtual and in-person. Private coaching sessions are virtual.

LOCATION
Workshops take place both virtually and at designated locations throughout the Tri-Valley Area. Workshops and private coaching are led by Danielle McKay, creator of the Teens on Purpose program, as well as some select guest speakers.

INVESTMENT
The cost of the Teens on Purpose PLAID Program is $560/participant * and includes the twelve (12) group workshops, two (2) private coaching sessions and all program materials.
